Pamela qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2000 and as a Body Control Pilates teacher in 2002. Pamela’s field of speciality is musculoskeletal and worked to a Senior level in the NHS before setting up Core Health in 2004. Pamela experienced back pain in her early twenties and found her own practice of Pilates to be the main factor in, not only reducing her pain, but subsequently then also changing her posture, shape and flexibility. Pamela has expanded her initial training in many areas including advanced matwork, reformer, cadillac, all small equipment, ante and post natal, children’s Pilates as well as 20 years of workshops and CPD. Pamela is passionate about applying the principles of Pilates to all forms of training. Pamela is a supervising teacher for the Body Control Pilates Association, as such, helping to train student teachers to their high level of teaching standards. Pamela is a mum of three teenage children.
