Pilates

We teach group and 1:1 Pilates sessions in our spacious fully equipped studios. We offer mat classes for all levels, studio sessions and reformer classes. We tailor our teaching to meet your individual needs ensuring you achieve the best outcome from your Pilates practice. We take a max of 10 in mat and 6 in reformer using the best quality Balanced Body Studio Reformers. Safety is a priority.

We teach Classical Pilates via Zoom weekly. This is the authentic original flow of exercises put together by Joseph Pilates blending a perfect balance of mobility and strength work in a flowing sequence. This is taught to clients who have a thorough knowledge of the method. There are occasional additional classes taught via Zoom throughout the year.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy

We offer assessment and treatment for all musculoskeletal conditions; acute and chronic pain and sports injuries. Treatment methods include manual, electrotherapy, exercise and Pilates as a method of injury prevention and rehabilitation.


Besides our regular schedule, we also frequently host visiting speakers and arrange social events to encourage mental and physical wellbeing.

Upcoming classes

Our Classes are held in a beautiful mirrored Mat studio, Reformer studio or online as Zoom classes.

There is a maximum of 8 people per mat class and 6 in Reformer to allow a good level of one to one supervision. All clients are asked to fill out an enrolment form detailing relevant medical history. If there are particular health issues a 1:1 session may be advised prior to enrolling in classes.
